Over $85.00 Standard Shipping is FREE. All packages start out at $8.00 with tracking and insurance Standard Shipping 3-7 business days, $8.00 (Most items ship sooner, however processing time is factored into the business day). Priority Mail 1-3 business days, $12.00 (Please be advised this is an estimate & USPS does NOT guarantee deliver dates for Priority mail.)and, Overnight Shipping $30.00 (*excludes Saturday & Sunday*).

TRACKING:

If your tracking indicates a notice was left at the address provided, that means no one was available to sign for the purchased items. To retrieve the package, contact the local Post office. Items are typically held for 2 weeks. If package is not retrieved it will be returned to our office.

SHIPPING REFUND:

If the item is unable to be delivered and is returned to the office a refund for the purchased items will be returned. Shipping cost will NOT be refunded. Royal Essence LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the package is lost/stolen please contact USPS with the tracking number provided. Completing a purchase with Royal Essence means you are agreeing to our full shipping and delivery policy.
